Frames are quoted per design rather than per catalogue line, because span and finish change the material cost more than the style does.

The frame is the part the photographs do not show

An arch looks like a styling decision. In practice it is an engineering decision: how the frame carries a span without bowing, how it is assembled on site in twenty minutes, and whether it can be re-dressed for the next event.

Span and stability

A wide arch that is not braced will bow under fabric tension, and no amount of styling hides it in a photograph. The frame has to be sized for the span it will carry, which is why we ask for the width before discussing the finish.

Assembly time

Ceremony setups are usually built by two people against a clock. Frames that knock down into manageable sections and assemble with included hardware get used again; frames that need a workshop visit do not.

One visual language

The strongest setups repeat the same frame profile from the ceremony through to the head table. Supplying the pieces as a set is how that consistency happens without the venue matching finishes by eye.

What a design brief needs to include

The span, the height, whether it stands indoors or outdoors, and how it will be anchored. A photograph of the venue is more useful than a mood board, because it settles the anchoring question before the styling conversation starts.

Storage and re-use

Props are bought to be used again, so the practical questions are how they pack down and how quickly they can be re-dressed.

Store frames knocked down and dry; fabric panels separately to avoid creasing
Keep assembly hardware in a labelled bag attached to the frame, not in a toolbox
Touch up powder-coated frames at joints, which is where chipping starts

Do you work from a design or a photograph?

Both. A photograph is usually enough to establish the style, then a drawing confirms dimensions. For a ceremony arch the height and span matter more than the finish.

Are the sets sold complete or piece by piece?

Either. Most orders are built as a set so the ceremony, reception and head table share one visual language, but individual frames can be supplied.

How is a backdrop frame shipped?

Knocked down and crated. Assembly hardware is included, and the frame is designed to be assembled on site by two people.

Can the fabric panels be replaced?

Yes. Panels are separate from the frame, which is the point — venues re-dress the same frame for different events.

What is the minimum order?

Set-based and confirmed per design, because a single arch and a full ceremony set are different products.
