Champagne Gold Chiavari Chair
Seven-bar iron frame in champagne gold, baked paint finish.
View details & priceA Chiavari chair is the safest thing a rental company can buy: the silhouette is recognised by every venue, it stacks, and a guest never notices whether it cost eight dollars or thirty. What decides whether it survives ten seasons is the frame, the welding and whether the cushion can be replaced when it wears out.

Prices depend on frame material, finish and cushion specification. Send the model, quantity and destination port and you get a landed figure rather than a range.
Chiavari chairs fail at the joints. A frame that is welded and then ground smooth will hold its geometry through years of stacking; one that is spot-welded and painted over will start to flex, and once it flexes the chair walks. Our frames are welded, dressed and then powder-coated, and the finish is specified to survive the loading bay rather than a showroom.
Cushions wear out several times faster than frames. On a rental fleet this is the single biggest maintenance cost after labour, so the seat is built to be replaced without tools — you re-cover or swap the pad instead of retiring the chair.
Chairs that stack badly scratch each other in transit and take up more container space than they should. Frames are made to stack 10 to 12 high and travel in a woven bag, which keeps a 200-chair order to a manageable footprint.
Each model page carries its own gallery, specification and price band. Other frame materials and finishes — aluminium, moulded resin, solid wood — are built to order.

There is no single best Chiavari frame. The right one depends on whether the chair lives indoors or outdoors, how it is transported, and what the venue expects to see.
| Frame | Where it earns its price | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Powder-coated steel | Lowest cost per unit and the most rigid joint. The default for large rental fleets and hotel ballrooms. | Heavier than the alternatives; chips should be touched up to stop rust at the weld. |
| Aluminium | Noticeably lighter for staff moving hundreds of chairs between setups. | Higher unit price; the frame flexes more, so weld quality matters more. |
| Moulded resin | Handles outdoor ceremonies and damp venues; will not rust and is kind to floors. | Can become brittle in sustained cold; UV exposure dulls cheaper grades. |
| Solid wood | The premium look for barn, garden and heritage venues; repairs and refinishes locally. | Needs indoor storage; humidity movement has to be managed. |
Standard finishes are gold, white, black, silver and champagne. Beyond that we match to a RAL or Pantone reference, which is how most event companies keep a chair consistent with a venue's existing furniture. Cushions are made to your fabric or to a colour card, and frames can carry a discreet logo — useful if the fleet is hired out under your own brand.
OEM and ODM work is quoted from your drawing, a photograph or a physical sample. If a specification is not practical at your target price, you hear that before the tooling starts rather than after the container ships.
Order one chair of the model and finish you are considering. Check the weld, the stacking and the cushion before committing to a fleet.
Confirm frame, colour reference, cushion fabric and whether cushions ship fitted or packed separately. This is where landed cost is decided.
15 working days from deposit for standard orders. We quote FOB, CIF or EXW, and prepare documents for your broker.
50 pieces per model. Colours can be mixed inside that 50, so a rental company can build a mixed fleet without committing to a full container of one finish.
15 working days for standard orders. Models with special colours or cushion fabrics run 10 to 20 working days depending on what the factory has in stock.
Yes. Samples are quoted separately, and the cost is discussed against your first bulk order. Sample lead time follows the same schedule as a small order.
10 to 12 chairs per stack in a woven bag. The count depends on frame type and whether cushions are fitted at packing.
Yes — the seat is built to be swapped without tools, which is the difference between maintaining a fleet and replacing it.
30% deposit and 70% before shipment by T/T. Prices are quoted FOB, CIF or EXW depending on your forwarder.
